Blackened Catfish Sandwich
A catfish filet is dredged in our house blackening spices and seared in a hot skillet then placed on warmed Essential Bakery baguette with our spicy basil-caper remoulade, tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Accompanied by a side of house made potato salad. 14
Our version of this classic consists of shredded iceberg and romaine lettuce drizzled with honey chipotle vinaigrette and topped with seasoned ground beef and chorizo, corn salsa, pico de gallo salsa and corn chips with cilantro sour cream and jack cheese. 13

The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Fullers ESB" glass.
"NITRO DRAFT' HALE'S CREAM ALE
A light copper colored cream ale poured with a Co2-nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth consistency. Very easy to drink.
GUINNESS IRISH STOUT
A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it's proper 20 oz. "Guinness" glass.
MANNY'S PALE ALE
From the Georgetown brewery comes "Manny's Pale Ale". Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice mild hop finsh.
BOUNDARY BAY INSIDE PASSAGE I.P.A.
Boundary Bay's I.P.A. is heavy with a floral aroma of NW hops and finishes with a distinctive dry character. A hop lover's delight.
MARITIME OLD SEATTLE LAGER
From the great brewer's at Maritime Pacific in Ballard WA, this Lager is light, crisp and full of flavor. An excellent beer with all our foods, or just by itself.
MAC & JACK'S AFRICAN AMBER
Deep amber in color, this medium bodied, unfiltered ale has a nice balance of malt but ends with a light hop finish.
BAYERN BREWERY PILSNER
German owned and brewed in Missoula Mt. since 1987, this excellent, small batch authentic German style Pilsner is light in character, golden in color and crisp on the finish. The longer lagering process results in a richer character. Served in a traditional 20 oz. Pilsner Mug.

From the Stoup Brewery in Ballard comes this classic in N.W. Porter. Stoup N.W. Porter is black in color and full bodied in character ending with a malty chocolate finish.
SPINNAKER BAY SCOTCH ALE
This is an excellent Scotch Ale from Spinnaker Bay Brewery located in Hillman City, just one mile south of Columbia City. Very small batch and brewed with actual Scotch peat giving this beer a robust, full bodied, strong ale character. Excellent balance of malt and hop finish. 8% abv
SHILLING SEMI-SWEET CIDER
Shilling Cider Co., located in the SODO district of Seattle, creates this hard apple cider made with Washington apples. Light and crisp it finishes with just the right amount of dry to sweet ratio. Refreshing.

CASK CONDITION WEDNESDAYS
Every Wednesday we will be serving a Firken Keg of small batch, locally brewed Cask Conditioned beer. Different Brewery, different styles every week. We will set the Cask Keg on the bar and begin pouring at 5 p.m. till the beer is gone. Come in and try fresh, naturally fermented beer poured without CO2. Rich in flavor and soft on the palate.
