Swimming Angel
A boneless, skinless breast of chicken is marinated in yogurt, coconut milk and curry spices, grilled and placed on a bed of baby spinach and topped with our spicy peanut sauce. Served with a side of saffron rice. 14
Eric's Big Sky Sandwich
Seasoned pork tenderloin is sliced and pounded thin then breaded in our ale beer batter and pan fried. Served on an onionr roll with dijon mustard, mayo, lettuce and our house made cornichon relish. Accompanied by a side of black mustard seed slaw. 13

FULLER'S ENGLISH E.S.B.
The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Fullers ESB" glass.
"NITRO DRAFT' HALE'S CREAM ALE
A light copper colored cream ale poured with a Co2-nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth consistency. Very easy to drink.
GUINNESS IRISH STOUT
A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it's proper 20 oz. "Guinness" glass.
ODIN GOLDEN KOLSCH
From the Odin Brewery in South Georgetown comes this small batch, European Kolsch style lager with a clear, golden color, a delicate fruity aroma and clean dry finish. Flavorful and refreshing.
DIAMOND KNOT I.P.A.
This copper colored premium ale has extra hops added to lend it a dryer and much more bitter flavor, a hop lovers delight, great with spicy food.
MANNY'S PALE ALE
From the Georgetown brewery comes "Manny's Pale Ale". Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice mild hop finsh.
BOUNDARY BAY I.P.A.
Boundary Bay's I.P.A. is heavy with a floral aroma of NW hops and finishes with a distinctive dry character. A hop lover's delight.
NINKASI "BELIEVER" RED ALE
From the Ninkasi brewery in Eugene Or. comes this full bodied Red ale. With roasted malt and caramel notes and a nice hop finish. A flavorful experience.
MARITIME OLD SEATTLE LAGER
From the great brewer's at Maritime Pacific in Ballard WA, this Lager is light, crisp and full of flavor. An excellent beer with all our foods, or just by itself.
MAC & JACK'S AFRICAN AMBER
Deep amber in color, this medium bodied, unfiltered ale has a nice balance of malt but ends with a light hop finish.
SNOQUALMIE PORTER
A "main stay" in N.W. Porters. Steamtrain Porter is black in color and full bodied in character ending with a malty chocolate finish.
PIKE'S "DOUBLE" BROWN ALE
This is a full bodied Brown ale. A "Double" Ale is one which is aged longer and finishes with a stronger alcohol content. This brown ale is smooth and richly balanced.
