Weekly SpecialsSpecials rotate every Friday Steak Fajitas Tender strips of steak are marinated in lime juice, vinegar, garlic, chiles and herbs then sauteed with onions and red, yellow and green peppers. Folded into flour tortillas with our house made guacamole and jack cheese. Accompanied with a side of lime fried rice. 15 Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich A boneless chicken breast is dipped in buttermilk egg wash and breaded in seasoned flour then pan fried. Served on a toasted Essential Bakery baguette with house made spicy collard green pesto, aioli, lettuce and tomatoes. Served with a side of black eyed pea salad. 13 Bolognese with Four Cheese Ravioli Ground beef and italian sausage are sauteed with garlic, herbs, tomatoes, red wine and a touch of cream then simmered and served over Cucina Fresca's four cheese raviolis and topped with grated parmesan cheese. All of our soups are made fresh using our own soup stocks and fresh produce from the Pacific Northwest. Served with fresh sliced Essential Bakery como bread. 8 BAKED GOAT CHEESE SALAD Creamy French goat cheese rolled in olive oil and bread crumbs, then baked in the oven and placed on a blend of 14 fresh mixed greens all tossed with roasted pecans, sliced red onions, house made herbed croutons and our sun-dried tomato balsamic vinaigrette 9 MIXED GREEN SALAD 14 kinds of fresh wild mixed greens are tossed with red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, crumbled Danish blue cheese and house made herbed croutons, tossed in our freshly made tarragon raspberry dijon vinaigrette 9 CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this "The best chicken sandwich in Seattle!" 12 74TH. ST. GUMBO Based on an old New Orleans recipe, we feel this is the best Gumbo anywhere. "Hot and Spicy", it consists of baby shrimp, roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brothers andouille sausage, onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Served on a bed of "Dirty Rice" and garnished with pickled okra. Accompanied by freshed sliced Essential Bakery rustic white bread. 10 RED REUBEN SANDWICH Boarshead brand lean corned beef, braised in Blackthorn hard cider, sliced and piled high on rye bread with our freshly made red pickled cabbage, melted swiss cheese and housemade thousand island dressing. The reuben is then grilled golden brown, baked in the oven and served hot. 12 LEAN BROILED BURGER Fresh Casioppo Brothers lean ground beef (Oregon Country grain fed, 100% free of animal byproducts), hand formed and flame broiled then served on a toasted Essential Bakery organic baguette with mayonnaise, mustard and topped with sauteed onions and peppers. Served with choice of side. 10 MEDITERRANEAN PLATE Fresh made muhammara dip, a traditional Middle Eastern dip made from roasted red peppers, red fresnos, feta cheese, cumin, garlic and walnuts. Served with grilled pita bread and Greek salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese. 9 SOUP / GUMBO SALAD COMBO Enjoy a cup of our fresh daily soup (all made with in house roasted soup stocks) or a cup of our housemade New Orleans styled Gumbo and your choice of salad. Makes for a quick and delicious light meal. 12 CZAR SALAD Fresh romaine and house made herbed croutons tossed in our own caesar dressing consisting of lemon, garlic, olive oil, raw egg yolk then topped ith parmesan cheese and garnished with anchovies. It is often said this is Seattles best caesar salad. 8 BLACK BEAN PITA BURGER Black beans, corn, roasted cumin and ancho chiles are blend together, hand formed in to patties, pan-seared then finished in the oven. Placed on warm pita bread with mayo, Jack cheese, lettuce and thinly sliced red onions. Topped with our three pepper salsa. 11 BLACKENED FRESH SALMON FILET SANDWICH Fresh salmon filet is coated in our spicy Cajun pepper and herb mix then "blackened" in a hot skillet and baked in the oven. Served on organic French baguette with dijon mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. 13 74TH . ST. FISH TACO Our fresh "seasonal" fish is marinated in chipotle chiles, garlic, lime juice and cilantro then pan seared and folded into a warmed flour tortilla with lime-cilantro sour cream, shredded cabbage and corn salsa.
