Specials rotate every Friday Jambalaya with Cornmeal Crusted Oysters. This Louisiana style rice dish is cooked with white rice, andouille sausages, chicken, onions, peppers, creole spices, fire roasted tomatoes and slowly simmered in chicken stock. Topped with oysters coated in cornmeal and pan fried and served with a side of green chile corn bread. 15 Caribbean Pork Loin Sandwich Fresh pork loin is marinated in our spicy Jamaican jerk paste then grilled and served on warm Essential Bakery baguette with citrus mayo, lettuce and fresh pineapple salsa. Served with a side of black bean and corn salad. 13 Beef Stroganoff Tender beef is roasted and sauteed with sweet onions, crimini mushrooms, thyme, parsley, bay leaf and paprika. Simmered in a rich house made beef stock and red wine and finished with sour cream. Served over egg noodles with a side of toasted Essential Bakery garlic bread. 14
Taunton Blackthorn Cider A clean crisp hard apple cider from England. Dry in character with a smooth, lightly effervescent finish. Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Taunton Blackthorn" glass. Fuller's E.S.B. The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Fullers ESB" glass. "Nitro Draft" Hales Cream Ale A light copper colored cream ale poured with a Co2-nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth consistency. Very easy to drink. Guinness Stout A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it's proper 20 oz. "Guinness" glass. Maritime Islander Pale Ale-Dry Hopped A hearty pale ale. Golden in color with a strong hop finish due to the small bag of whole hops added to the finished keg. Leavenworth Hefeweizen A blonde style wheat beer, unfiltered, giving it a cloudy appearance, light bodied with a full refreshing flavor. Served with a slice of lemon. Ninkasi Total Domination I.P.A. A premium India Pale Ale. Brewed with extra hops adding a rich, dry character. These extra hops in combination with a longer brewing process add a full bodied flavor to the finished product. Diamond Knot I.P.A. This copper colored premium ale has extra hops added to lend it a dryer and much more bitter flavor, a hop lovers delight, great with spicy food. Sierra Celebration Ale A Northwest tradition; Copper in color with generous portions of barley and whole hops creating an ale with a rich, hearty hop character. A wonderful holiday pint. (7% abv) Boundary Bay Scotch Ale Brewed in Bellingham, Wa., this is Boundary Bay's flagship beer. Brewed with actual Scotch peat giving this beer a robust, full bodied, strong ale character. Elysian Bi-Frost Winter Ale A primium winter warmer. Full bodied, ruby red in color with a rich, dry hopped character. Elysian Bi-Frost will warm you up! (7.5% abv) Manny's Pale Ale From Georgetown's newest brewery comes "Manny's Pale Ale". Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice hop fifinsh. Big Time Atlas Amber From the Big Time brewery in the U District and brewer Bill Jenkins, this small batch Amber ale is deep amber in color with a medium bodied malt character ending with a slight hop finish. Fresh as local produce. Maritime Jolly Roger Black mahogany in color with a full malt body, Jolly Roger finishes with an essence of Rum. A longer brewing process adds a full bodied flavor and a higher alcohol level. To be consumed in moderation and not by the "faint of heart". (9% abv) New "Rotating Tap" We will be rotating a tap handle to showcase the extraordinary wealth of hand crafted ales, lagers and stouts available to us. Bayern Brewery Pilsner German owned and brewed in Missoula Mt. since 1987, this excellent, small batch authentic German style Pilsner is light in character, golden in color and crisp on the finish. We will set the Oak Keg on the bar and at 7 pm, Jurgen Knoller, owner of Bayern Brewery, will pop the bung and pour! So stop in and have a pint of a true German Dobbelbock cask Bier! CASK CONDITIONED KEG WEDNESDAYS Every Wednesday we will be serving a Firken Keg of small batch, locally brewed Cask Conditioned beer. Different Brewery's, different styles every week. We will set the Cask Keg on the bar and begin pouring at 5 p.m. till the beer is gone. Come in and try fresh, naturally fermented beer poured without CO2. Rich in flavor and soft on the palate.
