Served on an Essential Bakery sandwich roll with house made sun dried tomato pesto, caramelized onions and mayo. Accompanied with a side salad tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. 14.25 Red Beans and Rice with Grilled Andouille Sausage A hearty New Orleans dish of slow simmered red beans in a spicy broth of sautéed onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes and anaheim chilies and served with jasmine rice. Topped with Cascioppo Brothers grilled andouille sausage and our house made three pepper salsa. 15.95 Prosciutto with Four Cheese Ravioli Cucina Fresca's four cheese ravioli are tossed with sauteed prosciutto, seasonal greens, garlic, parsley, crushed red pepper, white wine and butter. Topped with shaved reggiano cheese and served with toasted garlic bread. 15.25
Taunton Blackthorn Cider A clean crisp hard apple cider from England. Dry in character with a smooth, lightly effervescent finish. Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Taunton Blackthorn" glass. Fuller's E.S.B. The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Fullers ESB" glass. "Nitro Draft" Hales Cream Ale A light copper colored cream ale poured with a Co2-nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth consistency. Very easy to drink. Guinness Stout A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it's proper 20 oz. "Guinness" glass. Maritime Islander Pale Ale-Dry Hopped A hearty pale ale. Golden in color with a strong hop finish due to the small bag of whole hops added to the finished keg. Leavenworth Hefeweizen A blonde style wheat beer, unfiltered, giving it a cloudy appearance, light bodied with a full refreshing flavor. Served with a slice of lemon. Diamond Knot I.P.A. This copper colored premium ale has extra hops added to lend it a dryer and much more bitter flavor, a hop lovers delight, great with spicy food. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Copper in color with generous portions of barley, malts and whole hops, creating ale with a rich, smooth hop flavor. Manny's Pale Ale From Georgetown's newest brewery comes "Manny's Pale Ale". Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice hop fifinsh. Boundary Bay I.P.A. Boundary Bay's I.P.A. is heavy with a floral aroma of NW hops and finishes with a distinctive dry character. A hop lover's delight. Baron Brewing Pilsner Brewed locally, this excellent German style pilsner is light in character, crisp, clear and golden in color. Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Baron" glass. Also avalible in a traditional one liter "Baron" glass . Big Time Atlas Amber From the Big Time brewery in the U District and brewer Bill Jenkins, this small batch Amber ale is deep amber in color with a medium bodied malt character ending with a slight hop finish. Fresh as local produce. Hale's Summer Kolsch Ale From the Hale019s brewery in the Fremont district, this small batch traditional German style Kolsch ale is very pale in color with a fine head, a clean tasting light body, a faint fruitness on the palate finishing with a hoppy dryness. Very drinkable. Georgetown 9 lb Porter The newest from the brewers of Mannys pale and Rogers Pils comes this rich, chocolate, creamy porter. As good a porter as you can drink!
