Based on an old New Orleans recipe. Hot and Spicy, started with a slow stirred Roux, it consists of baby shrimp, hand pulled roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brothers Andouille Sausage, onions, tomatoes, and green peppers. Served on a bed of traditional “Dirty Rice” and garnished with pickled Okra.  Accompanied by sliced artisan rustic white bread.
