This Louisiana style rice dish is cooked with white rice, Andouille sausages, chicken, onions, peppers, creole spices, fire roasted tomatoes and slowly simmered in chicken stock. Topped with oysters coated in cornmeal, pan fried and served with a side of green chili corn bread.



Grilled flank steak is sliced thin and marinated in soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cilantro and mint. Tossed with romaine, radicchio and bibb lettuce, bean sprouts, radishes, carrots and basil leaves in our house made Thai chili vinaigrette.
