CARIBBEAN PORK POT PIE

Tender pork is sautéed with onions, red and yellow peppers, carrots, sweet potatoes and our housemate jerk spices. All simmered in a rich chicken stock and topped with a puff pastry crust then baked in the oven. Served with a side salad tossed in our apple thyme vinaigrette.

CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

Corn tortillas are layered with oven roasted chicken, jack cheese and smothered in an ancho Chile sauce and baked in the oven. Topped with cilantro sour cream, pico de Gallo salsa and served with a side of black beans.
