Elbow macaroni is tossed with a béchamel sauce of cheddar cheese with bacon, leeks and seasoned bread crumbs then baked in the oven. Served with a side salad tossed with apple-thyme vinaigrette.
Tender pork is simmered in our rich, house made chicken stock with onions, hominy, cilantro, chiles, tomatillo, cumin and garlic. Topped with cabbage and toasted pumpkin seeds. Served with a jack cheese & green Chile quesadilla.
