Tender New Zealand lamb is simmered with hot curry spices, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, carrots, sweet potato, cilantro, coconut milk and chicken stock. Served on a bed of Cous Cous, topped with house made apricot chutney and served with grilled pita bread.
Sliced Black Forest Ham, sliced Salami and sliced Mortadella are piled on a Ciabatta roll with garlic oil, Provolone Cheese and our house made Olive Relish. Served with a Wild Green Salad tossed in Raspberry Vinaigrette.
