Boar’s Head jerk spiced chicken is sliced thin and piled on sourdough bread with mayo, tomatoes, caramelized onions, fresh cilantro and provolone cheese and pan fried till golden brown. Served with a side salad tossed in apple-thyme vinaigrette.
Grilled flank steak, turnips, parsnips, carrots, potatoes, garlic, onions, and fresh thyme are simmered in a Guinness Stout and beef stock. Topped with a puff pastry crust and baked in the oven. Served with a side salad tossed in balsamic vinaigrette.
