Ground Lamb is seasoned with green onions and fresh mint then grilled and served on warmed Essential Bakery baguette with house made Tzatziki sauce, crumbled Feta cheese, lettuce, red onion and cucumber. Accompanied with a side salad tossed in red wine vinaigrette.
Cucina Fresca’s fresh three cheese ravioli are tossed with sauteed prosciutto, kale and mustard greens, garlic, parsley, crushed red pepper, white wine and butter. Topped with parmesan and served with baguette.
