Topped with our three pepper salsa and served with a side salad tossed in honey chipotle vinaigrette. 14.25 Prosciutto Wrapped Prawns over Wild Greens Prawns are skewered with prosciutto, fresh sage leaves, marinated in garlic, lemon juice and herbs then grilled and served on a bed of wild greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with croutons, roasted red onions, tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese. 15.95 Greek Chicken Mezzaluna Fresh Cucina Fresca feta and sun-dried tomato mezzaluna pasta are tossed with sautéed and marinated chicken breast, red wine, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and our house made grape leaf pesto. Taunton Blackthorn Cider A clean crisp hard apple cider from England. Dry in character with a smooth, lightly effervescent finish. Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Taunton Blackthorn" glass. Fuller's E.S.B. The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Fullers ESB" glass. "Nitro Draft" Hales Cream Ale A light copper colored cream ale poured with a Co2-nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth consistency. Very easy to drink. Guinness Stout A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it's proper 20 oz. "Guinness" glass. Maritime Islander Pale Ale-Dry Hopped A hearty pale ale. Golden in color with a strong hop finish due to the small bag of whole hops added to the finished keg. Leavenworth Hefeweizen A blonde style wheat beer, unfiltered, giving it a cloudy appearance, light bodied with a full refreshing flavor. Served with a slice of lemon. Diamond Knot I.P.A. This copper colored premium ale has extra hops added to lend it a dryer and much more bitter flavor, a hop lovers delight, great with spicy food. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Copper in color with generous portions of barley, malts and whole hops, creating ale with a rich, smooth hop flavor. Manny's Pale Ale From Georgetown's newest brewery comes "Manny's Pale Ale". Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice hop fifinsh. Boundary Bay I.P.A. Boundary Bay's I.P.A. is heavy with a floral aroma of NW hops and finishes with a distinctive dry character. A hop lover's delight. Mac & Jacks African Amber Deep amber in color, this medium bodied, unfiltered ale has a nice balance of malt but ends with a light hop finish. Baron Brewing Pilsner Brewed locally, this excellent German style pilsner is light in character, crisp, clear and golden in color. Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Baron" glass. Also avalible in a traditional one liter "Baron" glass . Boundary Bay "Cask" Oatmeal Stout This "cask-conditioned" Oatmeal Stout is black in color, with a rich malt and chocolate character finishing smooth and creamy on the palate. Hale's Summer Kolsch Ale From the Hale019s brewery in the Fremont district, this small batch traditional German style Kolsch ale is very pale in color with a fine head, a clean tasting light body, a faint fruitness on the palate finishing with a hoppy dryness. Very drinkable. Georgetown 9 lb Porter The newest from the brewers of Mannys pale and Rogers Pils comes this rich, chocolate, creamy porter. As good a porter as you can drink! New "Rotating Tap" We will be rotating a tap handle to showcase the extraordinary wealth of hand crafted ales, lagers and stouts available to us. Ask our servers for our current brewery and style. Trade Route "Dragon King" Lager From the Trade Route brewery (formerly Laughing Buddha) comes this small batch, hand crafted Asian style Lager. This is a light, crisp, golden beer influenced by Southeast Asian Lagers Schooner Exact "Cask" I.P.A. An excellent cask-conditioned beer. Schooner Exact's small batch I.P.A. lets out it's hops in a most subtle way, not getting in the way of the flavor, but not letting down the hop lovers. |
