Served with a side of wild greens tossed in lemon pepper vinaigrette. 13 Jambalaya with Cornmeal Crusted Prawns This Louisianna style rice dish is cooked with white rice, andoullie sausages, chicken, onions, peppers, creole spices, fire roasted tomatoes and slowly simmered in chicken stock. Topped with prawns coated in cornmeal and pan fried. Served with sliced Essential Bakery baguette. 15 Southwest Cod Salad A fresh cod filet is marinated in lime juice, cilantro, coriander then pan seared and served on wild greens tossed in our lime cumin dressing with corn salsa and fresh sliced avocados and tomato 14
Taunton Blackthorn Cider A clean crisp hard apple cider from England. Dry in character with a smooth, lightly effervescent finish. Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Taunton Blackthorn" glass. Fuller's E.S.B. The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Fullers ESB" glass. "Nitro Draft" Hales Cream Ale A light copper colored cream ale poured with a Co2-nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth consistency. Very easy to drink. Guinness Stout A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it's proper 20 oz. "Guinness" glass. Leavenworth Hefeweizen A blonde style wheat beer, unfiltered, giving it a cloudy appearance, light bodied with a full refreshing flavor. Served with a slice of lemon. Ninkasi Total Domination I.P.A. A premium India Pale Ale. Brewed with extra hops adding a rich, dry character. These extra hops in combination with a longer brewing process add a full bodied flavor to the finished product. Elysian Perseus Porter From the great Elysian brewery comes this dark, rich Porter with a slight chocolate character ending in a smooth dry finish. Yum, Yum. Manny's Pale Ale From Georgetown's newest brewery comes "Manny's Pale Ale". Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice hop fifinsh. Boundary Bay I.P.A. Boundary Bay's I.P.A. is heavy with a floral aroma of NW hops and finishes with a distinctive dry character. A hop lover's delight. Maritime Old Seattle Lager From the great brewer's at Maritime Pacific in Ballard WA, this Lager is light, crisp and full of flavor. An excellent beer with all our foods, or just by itself! Mac & Jacks African Amber Deep amber in color, this medium bodied, unfiltered ale has a nice balance of malt but ends with a light hop finish. Schooner Exact "Cask" I.P.A. A smooth, full bodied I.P.A. Hopped in the N.W. tradition. A hop lovers delight Boundary Bay "Cask" Oatmeal Stout This "cask-conditioned" Oatmeal Stout is black in color, with a rich malt and chocolate character finishing smooth and creamy on the palate. Sierra Nevada Glissade New from Sierra Nevada! Glissade is a medium bodied seasonal golden bock beer. Smooth and easy to drink. New "Rotating Tap" We will be rotating a tap handle to showcase the extraordinary wealth of hand crafted ales, lagers and stouts available to us. Ask our servers for our current brewery and style. Bayern Brewery Pilsner German owned and brewed in Missoula Mt. since 1987, this excellent, small batch authentic German style Pilsner is light in character, golden in color and crisp on the finish. The longer lagering process results in a richer character. Served in a traditional 20 oz. Pilsner Mug. Odin Ruby Ale From the new Odin Brewery in South Park. Ruby Ale is a bold yet balanced Amber style brewed with floral hops, Juniper berries and finishing with a smooth malt flavor. The malt finish makes this beer drinkable with all foods. |
