Cuban Pork Loin
Pork loin is rubbed with ancho chile and allspice then roasted and marinated with jerk paste and orange juice, sliced thin and finished on the grill. Served with caramelized onions, drunken black beans and jasmine rice topped with fresh cilantro.
Grilled Chicken Salad
A boneless chicken breast is marinated in lime juice, coriander, garlic, parsley and olive oil then grilled and placed on a bed of mixed greens and romaine lettuce tossed with honey chipotle vinaigrette with sliced red onions, croutons and tomatoes. Topped with our house made mango salsa.
A fresh salmon filet is encrusted in herbed bread crumbs and pan seared then placed on a warmed Essential Bakery baguette with watercress tartar sauce, lettuce and cherry tomato-kalamata olive relish. Served with a side salad tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.

ARTICHOKE HUMMUS PITA PLATE
Chopped artichoke hearts are blended with a traditional hummus mixture of garbonzo beans, lemon, cumin and tahini. The artichoke hummus is served with grilled pita bread, roasted red peppers, lemon tahini sauce, fresh nicoise olives. This is a great vegetarian plate.
BAKED GARLIC & THREE CHEESE BAGUETTE
Fresh Essential Bakery baguette is spread with our herb and roasted garlic butter then topped with a blend of fontina, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses then oven baked to perfection.
BONELESS JERK CHICKEN STRIPS
Boneless, skinless chicken breast is cut in strips and marinated in our housemade Caribbean Jerk spices, then breaded in Panko and pan seared. Served with a citrus mayo dip.
Herbed Pesto Chicken Quesadilla
A large flour tortilla stuffed with roasted chicken, roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and our house made cilantro pesto, then grilled and topped with sour cream.

An individual serving of whole cashews oven roasted in curry spices and butter giving them a distinctive spicy flavor.

Fresh romaine and house made herbed croutons tossed in our own caesar dressing consisting of lemon, garlic, olive oil, raw egg yolk then topped ith parmesan cheese and garnished with anchovies. It is often said this is Seattles best caesar salad.

14 kinds of fresh wild mixed greens are tossed with red onions, tomatoes and house made herbed croutons and raspberry dijon vinaigrette then topped with crumbled blue cheese.

Vegetarian Black Bean Burger
Blended black beans, corn, roasted cumin and amcho chiles, hand formed into patties, pan seared and placed on warm pita bread with mayonnaise, monterey jack cheese, red onion and lettuce. Topped with our fresh sweet three pepper salsa.
RED REUBEN SANDWICH
Boarshead brand lean corned beef, braised in Blackthorn hard cider, sliced and piled high on rye bread with our freshly made red pickled cabbage, melted swiss cheese and housemade thousand island dressing. The reuben is then grilled golden brown, baked in the oven and served hot.
LEAN BROILED BURGER
Fresh Casioppo Brothers lean ground beef (Oregon Country grain fed, 100) free of animal byproducts), hand formed and flame broiled then served on a toasted Essential Bakery organic baguette with mayonnaise, mustard and topped with sauteed onions and peppers. Served with choice of side.
Grilled Green Chile Tuna Melt
Albacore tuna is blended with roasted green chilis, red onions, mayo and herbs, on sourdough bread with Pepperjack cheese then grilled and baked in the oven till golden brown. Served with wild greens in our lemon pepper vinaigrette. This is one killer sandwich!
COD FISH TACOS WITH KIWI SALSA
Alaskan true cod is coated in our pale ale batter then pan fried and placed in a warmed flour tortiilla with our spicy serrano chile and kiwi salsa, cilantro marinated cabbage and lime mayo. Served with wild greens in our honey chipotle vinaigrette.
CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH
Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this “The best chicken sandwich in Seattle!”
BLACKENED SALMON FILET SANDWICH
Fresh salmon filet is coated in our spicy Cajun pepper and herb mix then “blackened” in a hot skillet and baked in the oven. Served on organic French baguette with dijon mayo, tomatoes and lettuce.
74TH. ST. GUMBO
Based on an old New Orleans recipe, we feel this is the best Gumbo anywhere. “Hot and Spicy”, it consists of baby shrimp, roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brothers andouille sausage, onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Served on a bed of “Dirty Rice” and garnished with pickled okra. Accompanied by freshed sliced Essential Bakery rustic white bread.
